TRUE Mandrel Tube Bending
The ChurchPlaza Standard is to build the strongest clergy and pastor chairs possible! We use mandrel bending for the steel used in our chair frames. In that way, the excess material from the bend is channeled to the inside of the curve to provide a smooth, even, and strong bend. Scratch resistance is the benefit of our 5-step electrostatic painting process, known as "Powder Coating." The paint used in ChurchPlaza chairs actually bonds to the metal for a superior and durable finish. This is the same process used in automotive painting.
